to 2007 ! New program can help you quit smoking !
Have you tried to quit smoking a number of times, but continue to fall
back to that nasty habit ?
Do you have good intentions of quitting, but still light up day after
day ?
The Jamaica Cancer Society in collaboration with the American Cancer
Society and the Jamaica Coalition for Tobacco Control wants to help you
quit by offering free Freshstart®
stop smoking cessation classes starting January 2007.
Freshstart® is the
American Cancer Society’s group smoking-cessation program. It consists
of four, one-hour sessions. Participants receive detailed activities
that contain the most effective elements for success. The American
Cancer Society provides the facilitator with all materials at no cost.
